How do I place my order?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
Do you include sizing details?
We include sizes of products on every product page. Please double-check the size before purchasing to ensure it is the desired sizing.
Can I return my order ?
As every product is custom-made on demand, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
However, we guarantee a resolution (full refund or replacement) if your order is damaged, lost, or not as described (e.g., wrong name/size due to our error). Please report the issue with clear photo evidence within 30 days of delivery.
How long will it take to ship my order?
As every product is custom-made, production and processing typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment. Shipping time itself is an additional 8–12 business days for US orders. Please note that total delivery time may be extended during holidays or due to uncontrollable carrier factors. For international times and full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
My tracking number isn’t working
Tracking numbers typically take 24–48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number shows no movement after 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will personally investigate the status with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
I need help with a late order
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also checkout instantly using digital wallets like Google Pay
When will my card be charged?
Just after your order has been successfully placed.
