Do You Ship Internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use DHL/USPS as our primary carrier. Our Production times will be the same and shipping costs will vary depending on where the order goes. Depending on your country, you may be subject to customs duties in addition to shipping costs.

  • Wrong size (Please note that a normal error of 1–3CM will not be considered a defect.)

  • Wrong color compared to the approved design

  • Suture shedding

  • Wrong position (logo, etc.)

  • Incorrect custom name

To request a return due to a manufacturing defect, you need to:

  • Ensure the product is in its original conditionunworn or unwashed (except when necessary to inspect the defect).

  • Size Tolerance: A variation of 1–3 cm in measurements is standard for apparel and not considered a defect.

  • Customer Customization Errors: We are not responsible for errors in spelling, name, number, or size provided by the customer during order placement. Please double-check your customization details carefully.

  • Third-party Shipping Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers (e.g., weather, customs, or logistical issues). However, we will assist in filing claims or tracking lost packages.

  • Product Affiliation: Our products are independently produced and not affiliated with any professional sports leagues or brands.

If you selected Fast Shipping for your order, we will fully refund your original postage when you return or exchange an item.

  • Resend a new product free of charge.

  • Refund the full value of the defective product.

  • Issue a refund for the portion of the defective product.
